Control stations SHU-10-060-220, SHU-10-160-220, SHU-20-060-220, SHU-20-160-220 are intended to supply DC current to lifting electromagnets and electromagnetic iron separators of all types. The main circuit of our control stations includes modern semiconductors, which allow a space saving placement of all its components.
The automatic control system has a modular structure and, consequently, there is no need to repair control stations, because in case of breakdown the faulty module is replaced by another. Our control stations are protected against surge voltage and short-circuit currents. On the front face of control stations the digital indication of electromagnet current and voltage values and the light indication for overheat of electromagnet (iron separator) and semiconductor modules are brought out. The warranty period for all control stations is three years.
